Pricing philosophy
We don’t do per-student fees, and we don’t lock safety behind tiers. We price at the district level, in clear ranges, based mostly on district size and operational complexity.
We’ll talk through your district size (enrollment) and the real-world setup (routes, geography, fleet mix). Then we land in a range that makes sense.
Audit logs, student accountability features, paper backups, and “day-of reality” tools aren’t add-ons. They’re the point.
We don’t want dispatchers doing billing algebra at 6:10am. If something changes, we talk first.
Contract lengths & pricing flexibility
We offer flexible contract options designed to reward long-term partnerships. The standard minimum term is one year. Longer commitments receive progressively better pricing, reflecting the reduced overhead and increased stability of long-term deployments.
- 1-year contract: standard base rate
- Each additional year beyond the first: ~5% off
- Maximum discount capped at 50% on a 10-year contract
- Month-to-month may be offered at a higher rate for added flexibility
Long-term partners help us plan staffing, support, and ongoing improvements. In return, districts get meaningful savings and a platform that keeps getting better year after year.
What’s usually included
- Routing + dispatch workflows built for rural ops
- A customizable optimizer (not a black box)
- No-go zones and corridor routes for weather
- Printable route directions for paper backups
- Offline-friendly navigation where cell service is a rumor
- Accountability tools (audit trail, operational logging)
- Real-world failure handling (backup vehicles, reroutes)
Onboarding and support
We try hard to build the product so training isn’t “a second job.” That said, every district’s reality is different. Onboarding can be light-touch (a couple calls + data import) or hands-on (side-by-side setup, live ops support).
If you want to start with a pilot, we can do that — without making you sign your life away.
We’ll help import schools, stops, students, routes — and get you operational quickly.
You’ll talk to someone who understands dispatch, not a script reader with a headset.
The fastest way is a short conversation about your district size and route realities. No pressure. If we’re not a fit, we’ll tell you.
