Privacy
We build this for school districts. We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t do creepy tracking. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect on this public website
- If you use the contact form, we collect what you submit (name, email, district, message).
- Basic server logs (like IP address and user agent) for security and abuse prevention.
We use this information to respond to you and to keep the site from getting spammed. That’s it.
Cookies & analytics
Right now, this marketing site is intentionally light: no ad pixels, no behavioral profiling. If we add analytics later, we’ll keep it practical and update this page.
SMS messaging privacy
If you opt in to receive SMS notifications from Rural Route (for example, route delay updates or account/security messages), your phone number and messaging consent are used only to deliver those transactional/operational notifications.
We do not sell, rent, purchase, or share end-user phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
Contact submissions are kept long enough to respond and follow up. We don’t keep them forever “just because.”
